Ingredients for Cake Greetings
Chocolate Cake
Cake Ingredients: sugar, enriched flour bleached (wheat flour, malted barley,
niacin, iron, thiamin monoitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), partially
hydrogenated soybean and/or cottonseed oil, cocoa, dextrose, coca processed with
alkali, egg white, leavening (baking soda, momocalcium phosphate), propylene
glycol monoestes, modified corn starch, dried corn syrup, soy lecithin,
cellulose gum, mono and dyglycerides, sodium caseinate, artificial flavor, whey,
defatted soy flour.
Frosting: sugar, partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oils, coca
(processed with alkali), corn syrup, emulsifier (propylene glycol monoester,
polysorbate 60 mono and dyglycerides, soy lecithin), salt.
Decorates: sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (cottonseed, soybean),
coca, dextrin, soya lecithin, confectioners glaze, FD&C red #40 & #, yellow #5,
blue #6, natural and artificial flavor, carnauba wax.

White Cake
Cake Ingredients: enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron,
thiamin monoitrate, riboflavin, foliate), sugar partially hydrogenated, soybean
oil, dextrose emulsifier (propylene glycol momoester soy lecithin, mono &
aluminum phosphate, aluminum sulfate, sodium bicarbonate), corn syrup, salt,
food starch modified, and artificial flavor, xanthan gum.
Frosting: sugar, partially hydrogenated soybean & cottonseed oil, wheat starch,
corn syrup, emulsifeier (propylene, glycol monoester, polysorbate 60, mono &
diglycerides, soy lecithin), titanium dioxide, salt, artificial flavor.
Decorates: sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (cottonseed, soybean),
starch (corn &/or wheat), soya lecithin, confectioners glaze, FD & C red #40 &
#3, yellow #5 & #6, blue #1, natural & artificial flavor & carnauba wax.
